13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

Fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity

Failure to pay subscription fees

13.3 Effect of Termination

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
14.1 Mandatory Arbitration

YOU AND GLOBAL ADVENTURES AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
14.4 Exceptions
This arbitration clause does not apply to:
Claims for injunctive or equitable relief
Claims related to intellectual property rights
Small claims court actions within jurisdictional limits
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in USA.
16. Miscellaneous Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Global Adventures.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
